I wrote, produced, and directed BOOKS ARE MY CHILDREN. It ran C. S. Brown Cultural Arts Center in Winton, NC in September of 2017. Based on the life of Mrs. Katie Hart, Hertford County's first librarian.

I adapted this play from a book by Murfreesboro author F. Roy Johnson. This play was produced at the C. S. Brown Cultural Arts Center in Winton, NC in April of 2013.
